Frame Sizing Guide - Where Fit Meets Function

When you shop for shoes, you know your size.  Am I right?  Glasses have a "fit" element too.
There are two elements to consider for optimal fit:
1.)  Pupillary distance (PD) is the distance in millimeters between the pupils of your eyes.

With Sightline lenses it's totally cool to stray a few millimeters off your PD if there is a must have style for you.  Get in the ballpark, then find a frame style to suit your groove.

Got a smart phone?  Get your PD with one of these two measuring tools.

2.)  Frame Size - Not all frames fit all folks.  We group frames into three size groups; narrow, medium, and wide.

Getting you the correct frame width means your Sightline readers will be comfortable to wear, and the optics will be optimized.

Your guess is probably good enough.  If you want to dig in, here is a tool for How to Measure Your Face for Glasses.

Our frames are grouped as follows:
Narrow -  125 mm to 130 mm | 4 7/8" to 5 1/8 inches
Medium- 130 to 138 mm | 5 1/8" to 5 5/8
Wide- 138mm and larger | 5 5/8" and up
You are now armed and ready to go!  Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to go get the best pair of reading glasses you have ever owned.
